According to the folks at the Flannery O'Connor Childhood Home... it is!
Well, the narrator clearly called her "Mary," but they probably considered "Flannery" too outré to mention aloud. Certainly, there was enough of a shot of the girl to confirm it was FO'C herself. Thanks for the find.
